This policy describes how Clawford Labs handles refunds and cancellations for the Khorus Pro subscription.
You may cancel your Khorus Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
To cancel, contact us at support@clawford.org with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." We will process your cancellation within one business day.
When you cancel:
Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access through the end of the period with no refund issued for the remaining days.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
