Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Clawford Labs handles refunds and cancellations for the Khorus Pro subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Khorus Pro subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.

To cancel, contact us at support@clawford.org with the subject line "Cancel Subscription." We will process your cancellation within one business day.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged again after your cancellation is processed
  • You will retain full access to the Service through the end of your paid period

Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access through the end of the period with no refund issued for the remaining days.

Exceptions — refunds are available in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.
  • Service unavailability: If the Service was unavailable for a substantial portion of your billing period due to issues on our end (not due to planned maintenance or third-party outages), you may request a prorated credit or refund.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged the wrong amount due to our error, we will correct the charge and issue a refund for any overpayment.
  • New subscriber dissatisfaction: If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service within your first 7 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@clawford.org with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
