These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Khorus service ("Service") provided by Clawford Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Khorus is an AI-powered platform that provides businesses with access to specialized AI agents designed to assist with tasks including, but not limited to, product design, engineering, finance, marketing, and operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@clawford.org if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
The Khorus Pro subscription is billed at $10.00 USD per month. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, recommendations, and outputs. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Clawford Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWFORD LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clawford Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
